Cuttack: The disproportionate assets worth over Rs 2.18 Crore of Bipin Bihari Panda, former Superintendent of Engineer, RWSS circle, Cuttack were confiscated.
The confiscation was done with the order of Special Court, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar.
“Today, Special Court, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar ordered confiscation of Disproportionate Assets worth Rs 2.18 Crore incld 2 bldgs, 3 plots, Cash etc. of Sri Bipin Bihari Panda, Ex- SE, RWSS, Cuttack, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in a DA Case”, the Vigilance informed.
