Bhubaneswar: The bail hearing plea of Odia film producer Tutu Nayak in connection with the alleged assault of a woman journalist has been postponed.
The SDJM court has postponed the hearing to November 8. The court also sought case diary and old record of Tutu Nayak, as per reports.
Nayak was arrested by the Twin City Commissionerate Police for allegedly misbehaving and assaulting a female journalist. He was produced before the court.
The court sent him to judicial custody for 14 days.
