Bhubaneswar: The first batch of people from Odisha have been safely brought back to India after being evacuated from the war-hit Israel under Operation Ajay with the help of Ministry of External Affairs and Odisha Parivar.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has thanked the Ministry of External Affairs for successfully carrying out the rescue mission.
“First batch of people from Odisha have been safely brought back to India after being evacuated from the war-hit Israel under Operation Ajay with the help of MEA India and Odisha Parivar. CM Naveen Patnaik has thanked the Ministry of External Affairs for successfully carrying out the rescue mission”, the CMO informed through its ‘X’ handle.

As per reports, over 200 Indian citizens including nine Odia students have safely landed in India from Israel. The students are from Nayagarh, Cuttack, and Sonepur districts.
