Four Warriors Loss Lives in Fight against Covid-19 in Ganjam, Admin Mourns

Chatrapur: As many as four Convid-19 warriors including an anganwadi worker, two teachers and a junior engineer have lost their lives in fight against the Covid-19 in Ganjam district.

The martyrs are Simanchal Satapathy, Junior Teacher (Contractual), S.Pankalbadi Primary School of Kabisuryanagar Block, Sudhartha Shankar Padhy, Teacher, K.Raisingi U.P. School, Aska Block,. Bharati Swain W/o Bikram Swain, an Anganwadi Worker, Kholakhali Village of Buguda Block and P. Suresh Kumar, Junior Engineer, Dharakote Block, informed district administration in a tweet.

Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange expressed deep condolences on loss of Covid worriers.

In a special message he said, “On behalf of District Administration, Ganjam, I would like to express our deep condolences on the loss of lives who have lost their life while discharging his duty in the fight of COVID-19 for the mankind.”

“The dedication and devotion shown by him while discharging his duty definitely set an example for others and indeed inspire others in the war against COVID-19. Again, I extend our deepest sympathies to the bereaved family members during this period of mourning”, he further added.
