Bhubaneswar: Senior leader from Kendrapada and former MLA Ganeswar Behera today resigned from the Congress. He has sent his resignation letter to OPCC President Sarat Patnaik. Ganeswar is likely to join the Biju Janata Dal. Ganeswar was elected as an MLA from Pattamundai Assembly Constituency in 1985 and 1995.
