Berhampur: Ganjam Collector Dibya Jyoti Parida has been appointed as the Chairman of Berhampur Development Authority (BeDA).
A notification has been issued by the Housing & Urban Development Department in this regard on Saturday.
“In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of Sub-section (5) read with Sub-section (8) of Section-3 of Odlsha Development Authorities Act, 1982 (Odisha Act 14 of 1982) and in supersession of all previous orders, the State Government do here by appoint the Collector & District Magistrate, Ganjam as the Chairman of Berhampur Development Authority with immediate effect until further orders”, the notification reads.
