Berhampur: The Ganjam district administration has felicitated the ‘Noble Cause Brahmapur’ team for setting up an oxygen bottling plant at City Hospital, Berhampur during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The members of ‘Noble Cause Brahmapur’ were felicitated at a special ceremony held at the BeMC Conference Hall here on Tuesday.
The function was attended by Berhampur MP Chandra Sekhar Sahu, BeMC Mayor Sanghamitra Dalei and BeMC Deputy Mayor E. Vivek Reddy.
Ganjam Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange, BeMC Commissioner Dr. Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar, Ganjam PD DRDA Shinde Dattatraya Bhausaheb, Berhampur Sub-Collector Keerthi Vasan V and other officials were present on the occasion.
They have lauded the initiatives of the ‘Noble Cause’ team in strengthening the Ganjam administration against the COVID-19 pandemic by setting up the oxygen bottling plant at the City Hospital.
The PSA oxygen plant was inaugurated in December last year in the premises of City Hospital, Berhampur.
Noble Cause Brahmapur, a volunteer organization, works towards securing and safeguarding the general health system of Berhampur.
