Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed his profound grief over the death of eight persons in a tragic road accident near Ghatgaon in Keonjhar district.
The Chief Minister has announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh each to the next kin of the deceased and expressed deep condolences to the bereaved families.
The CM ordered to provide free medical treatment to the 12 injured people and wished them a speedy recovery.
All victims in the road accident belong to Digapahandi area in Ganjam district.
