Gajapati: A house was collapsed and the family marooned at Bangdisingi of Bada Kolakote Panchayat in Gumma Block in Gajapati district due to landslide following heavy rains in the last 24 hours.
The affected family has been given cooked food by the administration and the road is being cleared using JCB Machine to reach the Village. Tahasildar Gumma is supervising the restoration work. The district has recorded heavy rainfall in the last 24 hours and many low lying areas were inundated with rain water.
