Bhubaneswar: An Idco assistant manager has come under the scanner of Vigilance for allegedly possessing disproportionate assets.
Based on allegation of acquisition of disproportionate assets by Manoj Kumar Lenka, Asst.Manager (civil), Idco, Bhubaneswar, simultaneous house searches are being conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by 2 DSPs, 10 Inspectors, 2 Sub Inspectors, 5 ASIs and other staff on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar at seven places in khurdha, Puri and Kendrapara districts.
The Vigilance sleuths are raiding Lenka’s one triple storeyed residential building located at Koradakanta, Bhubaneswar, one flat at 5th floor at Grand Asian apartment in Puri, parental house in Kesapur, Patamundai in Kendrapara, one triple storeyed building at Beltala, Patamundai in Kendrapara, office chamber in idco office at Rupali Square, Bhubaneswar, one house with stone boundary at Niladri Nagar, Jharpada, Bhubaneswar and one market complex at Uttara chhak.
Search is in progress, the Vigilance said.
