Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officer Arun Bothra, who is heading the SIT that investgating the Nayagarh Pari rape and murder case has been Promoted to Additional DGP w.e.f from 1st January 2021.
Similarly, Sanjay Kumar Singh and Sunita Kakran, both 1996 batch IPS officers have also been promoted to Additional DGP rank.
Kakran is now on central deputation.
