Berhampur: Arun Baroka, Special Secretary, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India, has praised the transformation work at the Ramalingeshwar water body in Berhampur city in Ganjam district.
Baroka visited the ‘Ramalingeshwar Park’ which is being developed in the Ramalingeshwar water body, along with BeMC Commissioner Dr. Siddeshwar Baliram Bondar and other BeMC staffs.
Baroka has highly appreciated the beatification works at the park.
The Ramalingeshwar Park was inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in January this year. The park has added to the grandeur of the Silk City and has provided boost to the tourism sector n Ganjam district.
During his visit, Baroka has also praised the proactive measures taken by BeMC to ensure cleanliness of city.
