Bhubaneswar: Senior BJP leader and Sambalpur MLA Jayanarayan Mishra has been named Leader of Opposition (LoP) in the Odisha Legislative Assembly.
The Odisha BJP announced his name for the post on Saturday.
Mishra has replaced the current leader of opposition Pradipta Naik, who has been reportedly battling post-Covid complications for more than a year.
