Keonjhar: A Zilla Parishad candidate of Biju Janata Dal in Keonjhar district passed away on Saturday.
Anadi Charan Singh, a ZP candidate from Zone 8 of Ghatgaon block, died due to illness.
According to reports, the BJD candidate was admitted to at Ghatagaon government hospital for treatment of cold and related symptoms. As his condition deteriorated, he was later shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital (DDH) where the doctors declared him dead.
