Bhubaneswar: The iconic Lingaraj Temple in Bhubaneswar will reopen for servitors and their family members from December 27.
A decision in this regard has been taken at a high level meeting chaired by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary on Tuesday.
The temple will be reopened for the servitors from December 27 to 31 and for devotees of Bhubaneswar from January 3 to 5.
The temple will remain closed for January 1 and 2, and reopen for the devotees from the across the State from January 6.
As per the decision, only COVID-19 negative devotees will be allowed to visit the temple.
