Bhubaneswar: The Cyclonic Circulation over northwest Bay of Bengal has transformed into a Low Pressure area today morning. Due to its influence, many districts of coastal and interior Odisha will receive heavy to very heavy rains. The Indian Meteorological Department has issued Orange warning for three districts – Malkangiri, Koraput and Nawarangpur till 8.30 am tomorrow.
The three districts will receive heavy to very heavy rainfall (7 to 20cm). Also, the MET department has issued yellow warning for Rayagada, Kandhamal, Boudh, Nuapada, Balangir, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Kalahandi, Sonepur and Sambalpurand which are likely to receive heavy rainfall.
