Bhubaneswar: Odisha government has the highest people satisfaction rating (85%), and Bengal government the worst satisfaction rating (38%) with regard to extension of lockdown and pulse of the nation. While Odisha has seen a strict lockdown, Bengal has seen a weakly enforced lockdown, according to the Jan Ki Baat state of the nation survey.
While Gujarat scored (51%), Bihar (50%), and Goa(52%), Karnataka scored ( 56%), Rajasthan(64%), MP(63%), Maharashtra ( 62%) and Haryana scored ( 64%).
Similarly, 90% of the respondents in the state have pitched in favour of extension of lockdown during the survey. According to the survey, around 78 per cent people across the country favour the extension as a measure to control Coronavirus spread. Odisha has the highest number of people favouring the lockdown extension.
