Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal President Naveen Patnaik on Thursday urged the party leaders from Dhenkanal and Kandhamal districts to sensitize the people about the failures of the BJP-led government in the State.
The BJD leaders and workers from the two districts met Naveen Patnaik to discuss about the organizational matters and activities of the party in their respective districts.
During the meeting, the BJD supremo advised the leaders to be in close contact with people and strengthen party organization.
The BJD has always been with the people in their good time and bad time, said Naveen.
He called upon the party leaders to make people aware of the failures of the state government and work for the development of the people.
Earlier on Wednesday, the BJD supremo formed three committees – Advisory Committee, Membership Drive Committee and Programme Implementation Committee to assist the Co-ordination Committee for further strengthening the party.
