Bhubaneswar: Biju Janata Dal Supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has appointed senior Party leader and Rajya Sabha member Manas Ranjan Mangaraj as the Chief Whip of the party in the Rajya Sabha. According to a release from the party, the appointment will be effective with immediate effect.
