Bhubaneswar: Mandakinee Kar has been appointed as Chairperson of Odisha State Commission for protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR).
Earlier on Sunday, the Odisha Government has appointed the advisors and Chairmen of various Departments and Corporations in the State.
