Bhubaneswar: The School and Mass Education has approved the creation of 902 new teaching and non-teaching posts in 106 recently upgraded higher secondary schools across Odisha.
The posts includes 642 post graduate teachers (PGT), 24 laboratory assistants, 24 laboratory attendants, 106 assistant librarians and 106 junior clerks.
The creation of new posts will support the transformative initiatives of the State Government, informed the Mass Education Department.
“To support the transformative initiative of the state government, Department of School and Mass Education approves the creation of 902 new teaching and non-teaching posts in 106 recently upgraded higher secondary schools across Odisha”, the Department tweeted.
