Bhubaneswar: Like previous summons, the managing director of OTV, Jagi Mangat Panda on Wednesday did not appear in self before the Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) here in the city in connection with the alleged minor girl gang rape case.
Jagi, however, sent her representative to appear before the Commission.
Notably, on the previous dates dalso Panda did not appear before the Commission and sent a representative.
The Commission today aggrieved due to the absence of Panda before it. The Commission described it as waste of time and for which the victim was being harassed, the Commission observed.
Meanwhile, the Commission has decided to issue again a fresh summon o Panda through the DCP, Bhubaneswar.
