Keonjhar: The mortal remains of saheed Sushant Khuntia, who was martyred in a Naxal attack in Jharkhand, has arrived at his native place in Anandpur in Keonjhar. Sushant, a CRPF Jawan deployed in anti-Naxal operations in Jharkhand, was seriously injured in an encounter with the Naxals two days back and was under treatment in a hospital in Ranchi. He breathed his last yesterday.
A pal of gloom has descended in Anandpur as the dead body of Sushant arrived. Thousands of people lined up to pay tributes to the martyred jawan. His last rites will be performed with full state honors today.
