Bhubaneswar: The application process for the Mukhyamantri Shiksha Puraskar awarded by the Government of Odisha has started from today and interested candidates can apply till the 17th of this month.
The Award is given in 14 categories under this scheme. The applications can be submitted online through www.msp.odisha.gov.in.
Launched in 2022 by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik, under the scheme, prizes worth Rs 100 crore are given to students, teachers, alumni, school committee members and sarpanches every year.
Through this, the Government of Odisha recognizes and honors the students, teachers and all other individuals who are associated with the education system of all government and government-aided schools of the state and encourage them to achieve further success. About 50,000 students and 1,500 teachers, alumni, Sarpanches and school committee members will be awarded under the scheme.
