Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has appealed to all Odia Associations in various states of the country to step up and help stranded Odia people in those states in the wake of nationwide lockdown to fight the COVID-19.
The Odisha Government has already issued a helpline for the distressed Odia people in other states, the CM said in a video message.

Earlier, the Odisha CM appealed to his counterparts in other states to help the people of Odisha, who have been stranded in various parts of the country following imposition of country-wide lockdown.
The Odisha government too has made arrangements to reach out to people from other states, who are in needs.
