Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today dedicated 158 transformed high schools under the 5T initiative of the State Government.
The transformed schools with better facilities have been inaugurated in five districts of the State – Kalahandi, Malkangiri, Jharsuguda, Khordha and Mayurbhanj.
It include 29 schools in Kalahandi, 6 schools in Malkangiri, 25 schools in Jharsuguda, 38 schools in Khordha and 60 schools in Mayurbhanj district.
The schools have been equipped with modern facilities such as Smart Classrooms, e-library, science laboratory, sports facilities, reading rooms and other facilities.
In the first phase total of 1,075 schools have been transformed in State.
