Naveen Engine is Seva Engine and Always Stays with People: Pandian

Berhampur: Senior Biju Janata Dal leader Kartik Pandian on Wednesday made marathon campaigns in Kabisuryanagar and Digapahandi constituencies in Ganjam district to garner support for the BJD in the ensuing elections.

Continuing his scathing attack on the opposition in public meetings, the BJD star campaigner said that the opposition always speaks about the double engine. The double engine is a vote engine. It comes only once in five years, Pandian said.

Naveen engine is the Seva engine and it will always stay with the people. Odisha is doing well with the Naveen engine that takes care of the people day and night, he said while campaigning for Aska MP candidate Ranjita Sahu and MLA candidate Latika Pradhan in Kabisuryanagar, and Berhampur MP candidate Bhrugu Baxipatra and Digapahandi MLA candidate Biplab Patra.

He further said that the double engine government is giving only Rs 300 allowance to the poor. The Naveen engine is giving Rs 1000.

The opposition has no base in Kabisuryanagar and Digapahandi. They are nowhere to be seen. They are never with the people, Pandian added.

Addressing the public meeting, he said that Sankha symbol is the identity of Odisha. It is the symbol of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik. Both the Chief Minister and he himself have always been with the people, Pandian said while appealing the voters to give 95% of their mandate for the BJD candidates.

The Chief Minister is working 24 hours for the people. He loves Kabisuryanagar very much. The Chief Minister is the only leader of the country who calls for accountability. That’s why in Odisha, everywhere we are giving accounts of our work. This is not seen in any state, the senior BJD leader said.

He further said that a lot of developmental works are being taken up in Kabisuryanagar and Digapahandi.

Kartik Pandian paid his humble tributes to Khalikote Rani V. Sugnana Kumari Deo and former Speaker Surjya Narayan Patra before addressing the public meetings in both the constituencies.
