Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal President Naveen Patnaik on Wednesday held a mega roadshow in Nimapara to canvass support for his party candidates in the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.
Over thousands of people have joined the roadshow and extended rousing welcomes to the Chief Minister.
Addressing the people, the BJD supremo has reiterated that there will be no electricity bills from July. He also assured that all families will be covered under the BSKY. The Mission Shakti members will get pension after the age of 60 years, Naveen said.
The Chief Minister waved and greeted the enthusiastic people who gathered on both sides of the road in Nimapara.
During the roadshow, the Chief Minister appealed to the voters to vote for his party candidates in the simultaneous polls.
