Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has paid rich tributes to maker of modern Odisha, legendary leader and former Chief Minister of Odisha Biju Patnaik. Taking to twitter, Naveen wrote “Tributes to the great leader, prominent freedom fighter and former Chief Minister of Odisha Biju Babu on his Death Anniversary. His contribution to the development of the state, protection of the self respect of Odia people and the industrial development of Odisha will always be remembered in the hearts of the people.”
