Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today spoke to Odisha Congress Legislature Party Leader Narasingh Mishra seeking support for Droupadi Murmu in the upcoming Presidential election.
Explaining Murmu’s candidature a matter of great pride for Odisha, the Chief Minister appealed the Congress leader to ensure win of the daughter of State to the highest office of the country.

Biju Janata Dal (BJD) Organizational Secretary Pranab Prakash Das also met Narasingha Mishra on the directions of Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
The BJD Organizational Secretary informed that the Chief Minister have directed all senior vice presidents of the party and ministers to approach Congress State President and MLAs along with CPIM MLA Laxman Munda to support Droupadi Murmu in the Presidential election.
