Bhubaneswar: With just few weeks remaining for the spectacular event of FIH Men’s Hockey World Cup to be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today hold an all party meet to appraise the leaders of all political parties about the preparations. Leaders from the Bharatiya Janata party, Congress and other parties will today attend the meeting to be held at the Lok Sewa Bhawan convention center.
The biggest ever event of Hockey World Cup will be held in Bhubaneswar and Rourkela from 13th January to 29th January. All preparations are nearing completion for the event. The new International Hockey Stadium at Rourkela with state of the art facilities being built at a cost of more than Rs 110 crore is nearing completion.
