Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch the Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha program in Khordha and Jagatsinghpur districts today by inaugurating a number of developmental projects. The Chief Minister will launch 2763 projects worth Rs 95 crore belonging to Khordha district and 2922 projects worth Rs 99 crore of Jagatsinghpur district under the Ama Odisha Nabin Odisha program.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik had launched the ambitious scheme on October 10th. These developmental programs will augment rural infrastructure leading to accelerated growth as well as help Promote, Preserve and Protect Jagannath culture and traditions of the State. The vision of the intervention is to transform Odisha to modern and aspirational Odisha retaining the essence, soul and spirit of Jagannath culture and spreading over to the world. The main objective of the scheme is to provide missing links to the existing small and essential projects and development of infrastructure. It also aims at achieving empowerment of women, youth, bridging critical gaps in education, digital and sports facilities, such as improvement of infrastructure.
