Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will launch a web portal SAACAR (Single Window Application for Atrocity Compensation, Assistance and Relief) for end-to-end processing of atrocity cases registered in various police stations in the State.
The Chief Minister will launch the portal at 5.30 PM today at the Lokaseva Bhawan, informed the CMO.
