Bhubaneswar: The Election Commission of India has approved the names of two Superintendents of Police and one Deputy-Superintendent of Police to be appointed in Odisha. According to the letter issued by the ECI, Brijesh Kumar Rai has been approved for appointment as the SP of Rourkela and Dr Umashankar Dash has been approved for appointment as the SP of Angul. Likewise, Praksh R will be the DCP of Cuttack. The Government of Odisha had submitted a panel of eligible officers to the ECI.
