Cuttack: Noted Odia film director Sudhakar Basant is critically injured in a car accident near Manguli square in Cuttack. The accident took place early morning today. He was immediately shifted to the SCB Medical College and Hospital. His condition is said to be critical.
According to sources, his car rammed into a truck parked on the road near Manguli Square. It is suspected that the accident occurred due to dense fog. The Odisha Fire Services personnel reached the spot on getting information and rescued Sudhkar from the spot. His driver is also said to have received injuries. More details are awaited.
