Bhubaneswar: Noted poet Dr. Gayatribala Panda has been selected to be conferred with the Kendriya Sahitya Akademi Award for the year 2022.
Dr. Panda will receive the prestigious award for her book ‘Daya Nadi’, a collection of poems. The book is based the Kalinga War. It was published by Pakhigahara Publishing House in 2017.
Earlier, she won the Kendra Sahitya Akademi Youth Award in 2011 for her poetry collection “Gaan”.
