Bhubaneswar: In a successful drive, the Odisha Police has rescued as many as 2231 missing persons including 272 minor girls in ten days.
“2231 persons reunited with their families after 10 day’s successful drive by Odisha Police from September 1 to 10 to trace missing persons”, the Crime Branch of Odisha Police said .
The 2,231 missing persons rescued and reunited with their families include 1,536 females, 390 males, 272 minor girls and 33 minor boys.
The State Police in coordination with the Crime against Women and Children Wing (CAW&CW) under Crime Branch have successfully conducted the drive.
