Rayagada: As many as 41 students of a school in Odisha’s Rayagada district have reportedly tested positive for COVID-19.
The students are from Girl’s High School in Chandrapur block in the district.
As per reports, the school authorities carried out COVID test on August 3 after some students staying in a hostel at Chandrapur complained of illness.
12 students were found Covid-positive on Wednesday while another 29 students tested positive on Thursday. All are in stable in condition.
Meanwhile, the students have been kept in isolation and the school authorities have taken necessary measures to prevent spread of the virus, reports added.
