Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported another 8778 new positive cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours taking the total number of infections in the state to 1091547 since the pandemic started.
The number of active cases in the state has reached 35242. In the last 24 hours, Khordha district reported the maximum number of cases at 2615. Sundargarh, Cuttack, Mayurbhanj and Jharsuguda have reported 1252, 766, 338 and 208 cases respectively. In total, 1047783 Covid-19 patients have recovered in the state till date.
