Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has decided to provide Rs 7,500 for handling and disposal of each COVID positive dead body.
This has been announced by the Health and Family Welfare Department through an official order.
“Government after careful consideration have been please to make provision for an amount of Rs 7500 (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred) only for handling and disposal of each COVID positive dead body”, the order said.
The expenditure for the same will be met out of CMRF, it added.
