Bhubaneswar: Rajani Kant Singh has resigned from the post of Deputy Speaker of Odisha Assembly.
Singh, a four-time MLA from Angul Assembly constituency, has handed over resignation letter to Speaker Pramila Mallick.
Singh resigned from the post citing personal reasons, as per reports.
Singh has been a member of the Odisha Assembly since 2004. He had been serving as the Deputy Speaker since June 2019.
