Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Nikunja Bihari Dhal has reviewed the poll preparedness in the four parliamentary constituencies – Sambalpur, Bargarh, Dhenkanal and Sundargarh.
The District Election Officers (DEOs) and Superintendents of Police (SPs) of Sambalpur, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Angul and Dhenkanal districts along with the Returning Officers participated in the review meeting held at the conference hall of Sambalpur Municipal Corporation and gave details about the election preparations.
The CEO discussed the election preparations in detail with the District Collectors and DEOs of the seven districts coming under the four parliamentary constituencies.
The District Collectors gave the details of the election preparations of their respective districts at the review meeting.
The CEO was apprised of all these facts and discussed the various aspects of the preparations and all the steps required to conduct a successful election amid the scorching heat of the summer.
