Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday announced an ex-gratia of Rs 25 lakh for the kin of Odia jawan Debashsih Biswal, who was killed in a terrorist attack in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
The Chief Minister offered his deep tributes to martyr Debashsih Biswal,
The CM also expressed his condolences to the bereaved family and prayed to God to give them enough strength and patience to overcome the sad time.
Biswal was among the five Army personnel killed in the terrorist attack.
