Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday dedicated 239 schools in six districts under the ambitious 5T High School Transformation programme.
The transformed schools include 90 from Anugul, 64 from Jajpur, 41 from Dhenkanal, 22 from Bargarh, 17 from Koraput and 5 from Gajapati.
In the first phase of the High School Transformation programme, the Chief Minister will dedicate as many as 1,075 schools in 30 districts.
The schools are being upgraded with the state-of-the-art infrastructure such as buildings, science laboratories, digital smart classrooms, computer labs, E-libraries, drinking water and sanitation facilities etc.
