Bhubaneswar: Odisha Government has declared holiday on September 28 (Thursday) instead of September 29 on account of “Birthday of Prophet Muhammad” for the State Government Offices as well as the Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive).
A notification has been issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department in this regard on Tuesday.
“In partial modification of this Department Notification, the Government of Odisha have been pleased to declare holiday on 28.09.2023 (Thursday) instead of 29.09.2023 (Friday) on account of “Birthday of Prophet Muhammad” for the State Government Offices as well as the Revenue and Magisterial Courts (Executive)”, the notification reads.
