Bhubaneswar: On the wake of Covid -19 pandemic, Odisha Government today announced a new examination pattern for class 12th examination conducted by the Council of Higher Secondary Education.
The new question pattern is meant for both regular and ex-regular students, registered in and after 2016.
Speaking to media, School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash said, the question pattern and syllabus will remain same for those students who have registered in and before 2015.
Around 50 per cent of the revised question set will have multiple choice questions (MCQ) with one mark for each. Apart from it 30 per cent will be objective questions and students will have more options to select from the same.
Each question will carry two or three marks. And finally 20 per cent will be subjective questions carrying five marks each.
