Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government is likely to review its decision over the schedule of the summer vacation for the school students.
School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash informed that the demands to fix summer vacation in the month of May instead of June will be reviewed depending on the situation.
He said that the dates for summer vacation may change depending on the prevailing situation next month. However, no decision has taken in this regard so far, the Minister added.
Talking about the conduct of Class 10 and 12 board exams, he said that there is no threat of Covid-19 right now so holding the examinations will not be problematic.
The Covid-19 situation is currently under control and adequate steps are being taken according to the guidelines of the Health department, he added.
