Bhubaneswar: With Odisha witnessing drop in COVID-19 cases, the State Government has decided to relax the night curfew timings in urban areas for the month of February.
Announcing the COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions for the month of February, the Office of Special Relief Commissioner said that the night curfew in urban areas will be imposed from 10.00 PM to 5.00 AM every day.
The shops, malls and shopping complexes, cinema halls, swimming pools, entertainment complexes, auditoriums, assembly halls, and similar places across the State shall remain open from 5 am to 10 pm every day, the SRC stated.
The night restrictions shall not apply to the home delivery of food, grocery, vegetables, egg, fish, meat, milk and other essential items and aggregators such has Zomato, Swiggy, OPOLFED, OMFED, Chilika fresh, etc, it added.
