Bhubaneswar: In order to meet blood shortage amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Odisha Mo Parivar, the social service wing of the Biju Janata Dal, has decided to organize a weeklong blood donation camp from August 9 on the occasion of August Kranti Diwas.
The blood donation camps will be held in 32 places across the State from August 9 to 15 following the COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing norms, informed Mo Parivar Convenor Arup Patnaik.
The MLAs, MPs, peoples’ representatives and volunteers are expected to take part in the campaign.
