Bhubaneswar: Night temperature is likely to rise by 2 to 4 degree Celsius in the next two days in Odisha bringing relief to the people from cold wave.
The regional centre of the India Meteorological Department said that night temperature is expected to increase by 2 to 4 degree in the next two days.

Odisha is currently reeling under cold wave condition due a sudden drop in the night temperature. As many as eight places recorded a night temperature of 10 degree Celsius last night. The places include G Udayagiri (Kandhamal) 6 degree Celsius, Similiguda (Koraput) 6.5 degree Celsius, Kirei (Sundargarh) 7.8 degree Celsius, Phulbani (Kandhamal): 8 degree Celsius, Jharsuguda: 8.7 degree Celsius, Sundargarh: 9 degree Celsius, Koraput 9.4 degree Celsius and Daringbadi (Kandhamal): 10 degree Celsius.
